Delivery times
*Please allow an additional 4-5 days for orders placed during major sales.
*Please Note: selecting a faster shipping method will not decrease processing time,
it only speeds in transit time. Shipping time is dependent of the carrier once package leaves the facility.
Sanyork SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen, custom fees, custom duties countries may apply, damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Sanyork is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. If package states that it has been delivered but has been lost or stolen and Route Shipping Insurance was purchased please file a claim with Route ( https://claims.route.com/ )
ROUTE CLAIM TIME FRAME
Claims outside of the allowable timeframe. Claims that are marked as "Delivered" in tracking status must be filed no earlier than 5 or no later than 15 days from the day the package was "Delivered." Packages not marked as "Delivered" are considered lost. Claims for these packages must be filed no earlier than 7 and no later than 30 days for domestic shipments (20-30 days for international) from the last update in the tracking status. All claims must be filed within 60 days of the order date.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to Sanyork due to wrong address, non-deliverable, or refused package customer is responsible for shipping to resend package.
Please notify our customer service team within 10 days after tracking states delivered regarding any questions on your order.
Delivery times depend on availability and carrier.
Back orders are shipped within 30 days or cancelled thereafter.
We don’t cancel backorders before 30 days unless our customer requests such cancellation.
Small orders less than 4 Lbs. are also shipped via USPS priority mail.

We will promptly and courteously refund your money in full if returned within 30 days from the purchase date in the same form as your purchase,
or we will exchange the merchandise.
Return Policy – 30 Days for full refund and/or Store Credit
Please include the reason, explanation for return, vendor packaging and tags, with the merchandise in the same condition as when it was received (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
Returns after 30 days are subject to restocking fees up to 50%.
We request that sale and clearance merchandise not be returned as it’s sold as is final sale.
